Admin should backup Zsite regularly. There are two types of data in Zsite that need to back up, database and attachment.
For database backup, use phpmyadmin, mysqldump, or backup provided on your web server.
For attachment, backup attachment in the directory of www/data/upload.
Zsite 5.3+ has a template editing function, which is saved in the system/tmp/template directory If you modify the template, you need to backup the directory.
Zsite 5.3+ has backup restore function. Go to Set -> Site -> Backup/Restore.
