Go to "UI"->"UI"->"Appearance". You can customize appearance. There are items you need to customize, if you choose default theme, such as basic style, navigation, widget, button etc.

Click "Desktop" to switch between Desktop mode and Mobile mode. You have to set the mobile mode on by going to "Set"->"Site"->"Basic settings".
