That's great to hear you're enjoying Zsite! I find its content management pretty intuitive too. Regarding surveys, I haven't integrated a dedicated questionnaire plugin myself, but I've seen some people embed external surveys using iframes. It might be worth looking into those. I actually stumbled upon a few interesting coding snippets while researching similar simple games online. Some developers use similar techniques to embed  io games  directly onto their websites.
